company in that we custom package, ship, and
crate many different commodities ranging from
fine arts, antiques, commercial equipment and
household goods. We can handle anything that
will fit in a truck. During the relocation process we understand it can be
an overwhelming experience, that’s why customer services is one of
our main keys in becoming Carolinas leading speciality crating

Our certified staff custom designs all crates on site to meet all your
items needs. We consider many factors when engineering our crates
including weight, dimensions, value, fragility, and final destination
requirements. The team of experts will then go to work on building a
crate that best suites your item. Whether your item requires a solid
wood crate or a lighter packaging option such as a corrugated box.
Inside our crates and boxes you'll find custom packaging, blocking, and
bracing to support your item. These critical elements insure your items
arrive safe, damage free, and on time. In other words we don’t simply
place your item in a crate or box. We take careful consideration into the
best packaging and crating methods available for the items. We treat
every detail of every item as it was our own!

History
Owner Operator D.J. Hucks created Carolina Relocation Services in
2005 after 12 years in the relocation industry. He found a niche that
he could enjoy and make the lives of movers and relocation
companies easier. Started as a one man crew DJ began to grow to
become the leading specialty crating Company in the Carolinas. We
have a fleet of service trucks to cover North and South Carolina.
With over 25 years of experience our staff has crated it all. We have
handled residential, commercial, and fine art crating and shipping.
We have had the privilege to crate and move art for many museums
including The High Museum of Art in Atlanta GA, The Society of Four
Arts in West Palm Beach, FL and Brookgreen Gardens in Pawleys
Island, SC.
